The three goals of 100% rate and 100% students’ awareness rate of eye protection knowledge will reduce the myopia rate among students in the district by more than 2%. 

 

Under the guidance of the leaders of the Chancheng District Education Bureau, in accordance with the quality and technical supervision standards and standards of Foshan Cosio Lighting Health Engineering Technology Research Institute, Guangdong Cosio Lighting Co., Ltd., Foshan Fuxing Chancheng Hospital Co., Ltd., and Foshan City, Guangdong Province The group standard of "Exemplary Classroom Environmental Requirements and Testing Methods" jointly drafted by the Coding Institute, Foshan Lighting Association, and Jihua Laboratory will transform and upgrade the light environment of most primary and secondary schools in Chancheng District in 2023. The standard sets requirements for the color rendering index Ra≥95 and R9≥90 of the light environment indicators; the minimum limit for the air negative ion concentration required by the environment should not be less than 2,000/cm³, and the concentration value of negative ions is harmful to human health. The impact is divided into three evaluation levels: appropriate, good and excellent. It is stipulated that PM2.5 particles and formaldehyde in classrooms should meet the requirements of no higher than 0.025 mg/m³ and no higher than 0.04mg/m³ respectively. Healthy classrooms upgraded and renovated using new standards play an important guiding role in reducing students' myopia rates, improving the immunity of teachers and students, preventing depression in teenagers, and ensuring the health of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools at work and study.

 

Compared with sunlight,the spectral parameters of traditional lighting fixtures are too different. The main manifestations are that the spectrum is not full, the blue light is too high, and the red light is missing. Traditional lighting fixtures have serious stroboscopic phenomena, and unhealthy light can cause migraines, endocrine disorders, premature children, adolescent myopia, depression, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other problems.
