The next day, we arranged forklifts and trucks to load and ship the SF-4510 x ray equipment, and also took good rain and waterproof protection.Our engineers went to Chengdu to assemble the high-frequency X-ray machine together with the customer's engineers.It took one day to assemble and only 30 minutes to complete the inspection successfully on 21st, Nov. The high voltage power supply provides constant frequency negative high voltage power supply for X-ray tubes and other loads. Its supply voltage can reach 20~450kV.
The equipment needs to be connected to the protective ground and can work continuously, but it does not have waterproof function.
This series of products is suitable for supporting and testing X-ray tubes, so that the X-ray tube filament regularly emits electrons to produce X-rays. The intensity of X-rays is controlled by adjusting the tube voltage and tube current of the X-ray tube to achieve the user's purpose. The machine has the characteristics of programmable intelligentization. It is not only fully functional, easy to operate, safe and reliable, compact in structure, and beautiful in appearance, but also has the advantages of high precision, good repeatability, and digital control. Its outstanding advantages are the use of high-frequency inverter circuits, small KV output ripple, and stable X-ray dose.
The control program compiled according to different X-ray tube power curves is integrated into the control system. When the user replaces different X-ray tubes, the corresponding control program can be selected through the touch screen setting of the power supply. The operating status of the power supply can also be automatically displayed on the touch screen, and self-diagnosis can be performed to point out the normal working status or fault location of the whole machine, and inform the operator to accurately eliminate the fault.
